About Texelco
Texelco Srl was founded in the 1970s in Italy as a manufacturer of components and systems for the automation of industrial plants and operating machinery. Texelco was the first company in Italy — and among the first in the world — to develop a vertical-development signalling system visible from a distance and from any angle, laying the foundation for machines to communicate with operators through a colour signalling code.
In the early 1980s, Texelco became involved in the protection of machine operators well before EU directives on the subject came into force, and began its collaboration with Kronenberg GmbH, a leading German manufacturer of safety devices, in 1984.
At the end of the 1990s, Texelco carried out a full technological renewal of its production range, introducing new warning lights, LED bulbs, sensors and safety switches.
