VMC Series — Modular Pinch Valve Platform
The VMC series is one of AKO’s most configurable pinch valve platforms, available from DN10–DN50 in compact form, with body material options including stainless steel, aluminium and POM.
It supports a wide range of connection combinations including flange, internal thread, tri-clamp, threaded spigot and weld-on connections. Sleeve and connection ends can be replaced separately without replacing the complete valve body.
Ex-area (hazardous area) and special-configuration/special-control variants, including safety arrangements and vacuum conveying control options, are available across the VMC/VF range.

Sleeve materials available include natural rubber, food-grade rubber, high-temperature rubber, EPDM, FPM/Viton, silicone, NBR, CR (neoprene), IIR and CSM.
Approximately 12 elastomer grades are available across the range, selected according to chemical compatibility, temperature and abrasion resistance.
