Have you ever stumbled upon something on social media that completely changed your perspective? That’s exactly what happened when we came across a Reels video by Rajiv Talreja on Instagram. In that short clip, he shared valuable insights related to MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). It felt like he was addressing our own business challenges.
After watching the reel, we ended up attending a one-day session priced at just 99 rupees. Little did we know that this session would turn out to be a game-changer.
The knowledge and strategies shared during the session was way more than the 100% . We realized the worth of knowledge in our business and decided to enroll in 1 year MBA program recommended by Rajiv. This program covered the seven essential functions of business, providing us with invaluable insights crucial for our business’s growth.
Implementing only a part of Rajiv’s teachings brought about significant improvements in various aspects of our business. From implementing PSS to generating innovative marketing ideas, identifying our target customers, streamlining our hiring process, and much more, every step contributed to our growth journey.
However, one aspect that eluded us initially was delegation. Recognizing this gap, Rajiv guided us on the importance of effective delegation, empowering us to distribute responsibilities efficiently within our team. Moreover, Rajiv’s book, “Lead and Bleed,” became a cornerstone in our learning journey. It encapsulated the essence of our experiences during his sessions and served as a constant reminder of the importance of consistent effort and perseverance in achieving our goals.
Reflecting on our last one-year journey, we’re reminded of the age-old fable of the thirsty crow. Just like the crow, we realized that achieving our goals requires persistent effort. By consistently investing time and resources into our business education and implementation of learned strategies. we’re witnessing gradual but tangible progress.
In conclusion, our experience with Rajiv Talreja has been transformative. His guidance and teachings have not only equipped us with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship but have also instilled in us the belief that continuous learning and diligent implementation are the keys to sustainable growth. He is giving the power to the MSME to stand against the new age startups who have million/ billions to to burn to capture market.
So, to all aspiring entrepreneurs out there, remember this: your business will thrive not just by taking big leaps but also by consistently taking small steps in the right direction. And who knows, maybe one day, you’ll find yourself surrounded by success, just like water flowing from a well which you had to walk every day to collectwater and now due to the skill & knowledge it has come to your doorstep.
Rajiv Talreja also mentioned our business in his recent blog titled “Building Business Tips 2024,” where he emphasized how implementing his strategies could significantly improve businesses like ours. This acknowledgment strengthens our relationship with Rajiv and reaffirms the impact his guidance has had on our growth journey. You can read more about it here.
Keep learning, keep growing, and remember, your business journey is a marathon, not a sprint.
